How far ahead should we book holiday party transportation?
As early as you can. December Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays are the busiest nights of the year, and executive vans are the first vehicles to fill. Booking in October or November gives you the best choice of vehicles and times.
Can you shuttle our team from the office to the venue and back?
Yes. We run office-to-venue shuttles with executive vans for 8 to 14 guests, SUVs for up to 6 and sedans for smaller groups, and we can stagger return trips so guests can leave when they are ready.
How is event transportation priced?
You get one all-inclusive quote up front, with taxes, fees and gratuity included. Point-to-point trips are flat-rate. Pickups at the end of an event are usually booked hourly, because the chauffeur arrives early and waits on standby for your group.
Can the company receive one invoice for everything?
Yes. With a corporate account, all rides for the party are billed on one monthly invoice, and multiple people on your team can book.
Do you cover Bellevue, Redmond and the rest of the Eastside?
Yes. We serve Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Bothell, Issaquah, Renton, Everett and surrounding cities, plus SEA-TAC for guests flying in.
