How far in advance should I book my ride?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle. For special events, weddings, or large group transportation, booking 3–7 days ahead is ideal. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — just give us a call.

Do you track flights for airport pickups?

Yes, absolutely. We monitor your flight in real time using flight tracking software. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your driver adjusts accordingly. You will never be charged extra for flight delays.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the entire Greater Seattle area including Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA-TAC), Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Tacoma, Everett, and surrounding cities. We also provide long-distance transfers throughout Washington State.

Are your drivers licensed and insured?

Yes. All Black Diamond chauffeurs are professionally licensed, background-checked, and fully insured. Our vehicles also carry commercial livery insurance for your complete protection.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Please contact us directly for last-minute changes and we will work with you.

Can I request a specific vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can select your preferred vehicle during booking — whether that's our First Class Mercedes-Benz S-Class, the Cadillac Escalade ESV Sport, our Chevrolet Suburban RST, or our Mercedes Sprinter for larger groups. Subject to availability.

Do you offer corporate accounts or recurring service?

Yes, we offer dedicated corporate accounts with priority booking, consolidated monthly billing, and a dedicated account manager. It’s the easiest way to manage executive travel for your team.

Where do you meet clients at the airport?

We offer two convenient pickup options. Curbside pickup: your driver will be waiting at the designated pickup curb with your name displayed. Meet & Greet: your chauffeur comes inside the terminal, greets you at baggage claim with a personalized name sign, assists with your luggage, and escorts you directly to the vehicle.

Is gratuity included in the price?

Yes — a standard gratuity is already included in your all-inclusive quote. There are no hidden fees or surprise additions at the end of your ride. Everything is transparent and agreed upon upfront.

What amenities are included in the ride?

Accepted Answer

All vehicles come stocked with complimentary bottled water. Depending on the vehicle, you'll also enjoy phone charging ports, ambient lighting, climate control, and premium audio. First Class vehicles include elevated amenities such as massage seating and Burmester audio.

Can I make a stop during my trip?

Absolutely. Stops en route are easy to accommodate — just let us know in advance or inform your driver. Additional stop fees may apply for extended detours.
