Venue, catering, music — most planners have those locked in by October. Transportation is often the last thing booked, and in December that becomes a problem. Holiday party season in Seattle overlaps with concerts, Kraken games and holiday travel at SEA-TAC, so the best vehicles and time slots go quickly.
Why transportation belongs on your holiday party checklist
- Everyone gets home safely. No one has to decide whether they’re okay to drive.
- People arrive on time and together. No parking hunts downtown or in Bellevue.
- It sets the tone. A chauffeured arrival makes the night feel like a thank-you, not an obligation.
Choosing the right vehicle for your group
| Group size | Best option |
|---|---|
| 1–3 guests (executives, VIP clients) | Executive Sedan or First Class Sedan |
| 4–6 guests | Executive SUV or First Class SUV |
| 7–14 guests (a team or department) | Sprinter van, up to 9 or up to 14 per van |
| Larger groups | More Sprinter vans, coordinated by one dispatcher |
For a whole department, one or two Sprinter vans usually beat a string of rideshares: everyone travels together, the conversation starts on the way there, and nobody gets stranded when the party ends.
Popular setups for Seattle-area companies
- Office to venue and back: we pick up your team at the office in downtown Seattle, South Lake Union, Bellevue or Redmond, and return them at the end of the night.
- Venue to home drop-offs: your chauffeur takes guests home along a planned route after the party.
- Hourly service: the vehicle and chauffeur stay with you for the evening — ideal for multi-stop nights like dinner, then the party, then an after-party.
- Client entertainment: send a sedan or first class SUV for your most important guests.
How hourly service works on party night
For most holiday parties, hourly service is the simplest plan. The vehicle and chauffeur stay on site for the evening and make as many runs as you need during the booking: office to venue, venue to the after-party, and guests home at the end of the night. The minimum booking is 2 hours for sedans, 3 hours for SUVs and 4 hours for Sprinter vans.
What it costs
Rides start from $120 in an Executive Sedan, $144 in an Executive SUV and $250 in a Sprinter van. Every quote is all-inclusive, with taxes, fees and gratuity included and no surge pricing on the busiest nights of the year, and you get your exact price before you book. Companies with a corporate account get one monthly invoice and dedicated dispatch.
When to book
Book 4–6 weeks ahead for December Fridays and Saturdays to secure your preferred vehicle — these are the busiest nights of the season. For weekday parties, 2–3 weeks is usually enough. Closer-in bookings are welcome, subject to availability.
